POSITION SUMMARY The Warehouse Associate I supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, staging, and shipping products while helping maintain accurate inventory and a safe, organized work environment. This is a core warehouse position for an employee who can follow established procedures, work cooperatively with the team, learn Company systems and equipment, and complete assigned tasks accurately and safely. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES · Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming shipments and assist with stocking products in designated locations. · Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and on time. · Load and unload trucks or containers and move materials throughout the facility using approved material-handling methods and equipment. · Use RF scanners, warehouse systems, ERP/WMS tools, and basic computer applications for inventory transactions, order processing, and tracking. · Handle products carefully and identify damaged goods, quantity differences, or other issues for supervisor review. · Interact professionally with team members, supervisors, carriers, delivery drivers, and internal customers as needed. · Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and follow all Company warehouse safety procedures and required PPE rules. · Learn and follow established warehouse processes, quality standards, attendance expectations, and productivity requirements. · Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned based on operational needs. QUALIFICATIONS Required · High school diploma or equivalent. · Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to understand work instructions, safety information, labels, documentation, and other job-related materials. · Basic computer skills and ability to learn RF scanner, ERP, WMS, or other warehouse systems. · Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow established procedures. · Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and cooperatively in a team environment. · Ability to work scheduled shifts and meet Company attendance and timekeeping expectations. This role requires standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movement; use of 6-8 ft. ladders as needed; and lifting, carrying, moving, and positioning warehouse products and packages weighing up to 75 pounds. The employee works in a warehouse/distribution environment and may be exposed to changing temperatures, noise, moving equipment, loading areas, and other conditions normally associated with warehouse operations. Employees must follow all applicable Company safety procedures, site-specific requirements, and required PPE rules.
