Warehouse Associate - Night Shift

We are seeking a Warehouse Support Associate to assist in distribution operations, including verifying transportation, updating systems, tracking shipments, and preparing documentation. Responsibilities Include Verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment details to ensure accurate product movement. Updating warehouse and logistics systems with transaction and operational information. Monitoring fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedules. Preparing dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for transaction accuracy. Reviewing routine delivery exceptions, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability issues. Confirming handling and storage requirements to maintain traceability and prevent loss. Qualifications Include High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. Less than 2 years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or related fields. Skills Required Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and shipment documentation. Experience with temperature-controlled handling and safe material practices. Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and support timely order fulfillment. Capable of managing multiple tasks, working with temperature-sensitive materials, and identifying operational exceptions. Additional Details Full-time role with pay starting at $19.50, with potential increases based on performance and incentives. Shift scheduled four days a week, with varying start times.
