Warehouse Associate - Night Shift

Role Overview: This position supports distribution services within a warehouse environment, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, stage customer orders, process returns, and organize inventory. Verify received merchandise against shipment records, inspect for defects, and report discrepancies. Stock shelves, use RF devices for inventory tasks, and assemble customer orders based on specifications. Enter order and return data into computer systems, inspect returned items, and complete daily inventory counts. Operate motorized equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks; may assist in training new associates. Perform inventory procedures, including handling controlled substances in specialized environments. Maintain a clean work area, adhere to safety standards, and follow detailed instructions with good judgment. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required. At least 1+ years of relevant work experience with a good understanding of warehouse workflows. Ability to read and understand English, basic math skills, and computer knowledge preferred. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; detail-oriented. Ability to operate power equipment and potentially obtain hazmat certification; physical ability to participate in inventory activities. Team player with problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and attendance standards.
