Warehouse Associate - Morning Shift

Shift Time: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations. Handle raw materials and supplies needed for production, including loading and unloading material. Follow established safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance your knowledge and proficiency in production techniques. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and achieve production targets. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Basic English proficiency required. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and dust.
