Warehouse Associate - Mid Shift

Role Overview: Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity. Maintains accurate records, processes transactions, and adheres to workflow standards across transportation, storage, and shipment activities. Addresses operational exceptions and contributes to process improvements for better visibility and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment to preserve quality. Updates inventory records and shipment documentation for traceability. Identifies and routes damaged or non-conforming materials through proper procedures. Coordinates material movement using warehouse equipment for safe, efficient flow. Prepares packaging and shipment areas for outbound activities. Escalates handling or inventory issues for timely resolution. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; certification in supply chain preferred. Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory control. Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, cold chain handling, and shipment documentation. Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple tasks. Capable of working with temperature-sensitive materials and operating warehouse equipment safely.
