Warehouse Associate (Mid/Night Shift)

Position Summary The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations on our mid shift, with a primary focus on cycle counts and inventory accuracy. Throughout the shift, this role also supports the packing of same-day live orders and prepares ground shipments for next-day carrier pickup. This role requires hands-on warehouse experience, strong accuracy, and basic computer skills. Shift Structure 12:00 – 4:00 PM: Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation; support picking and packing of same-day live customer orders. 4:00 – 5:00 PM: Break. 5:00 – 9:00 PM: Continue cycle counts; pick, pack, label, and stage ground shipments for next-day carrier pickup. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts and regular full inventory counts. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, and report findings to the Inventory Control Specialist. Support picking, packing, and shipping of same-day customer orders accurately and on time. Pack and prepare ground shipments, including labeling, staging, and verifying shipment contents. Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing incoming materials as needed. Load, unload, and move materials as needed. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized, especially at shift close. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience preferred. Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and inventory systems. Ability to accurately count, track, and reconcile inventory. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Reliable and punctual, with availability to work Monday – Friday, 12:00 – 9:00 PM. Able to work independently during evening hours as well as part of a team. Preferred Skills Cycle counting or inventory control experience. Familiarity with Odoo or a similar ERP/inventory management system. Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight). Forklift experience. Work Environment Warehouse setting with standing, lifting, and physical activity throughout the shift in a warm environment. Monday – Friday mid shift with occasional access to overtime as needed. Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
