Warehouse Associate – Zoom Books Location: Aldergrove, BC Hourly Wage: Starting at $18.25/hr + 4% vacation Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About Us Zoom Books is Canada’s largest online used bookseller, committed to efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a fast-paced role where you will play a key part in processing, scanning, listing, and sorting books to ensure smooth operations. We are only hiring individuals who are punctual, physically capable, have a strong work ethic, and can meet daily targets. If you are not dependable or struggle with meeting expectations, this role is not for you. This Job Is Physically Demanding You will be on your feet and moving throughout most of the shift. The role involves repetitive lifting, carrying, and moving of books, bins, and boxes. You may be required to: Pick books from warehouse shelves based on customer orders Locate books quickly and accurately using inventory information Pull and move bins containing books Lift and carry boxes/bins weighing up to 30 lbs Bring picked books to the appropriate packing or processing area Organize picked books and keep orders separated and accurate Maintain a clean and organized work area Work at a steady pace throughout the shift If you are not comfortable with repetitive lifting, standing, walking, and working at a fast pace, this role will not be a good fit. Qualifications – Do Not Apply Unless You Meet These Requirements Must have steel-toed shoes (mandatory). Must have reliable transportation Basic warehouse experience is an asset, but not required. Able to stand, lift, and move at a steady pace for the entire shift. Schedule & Shift Requirements Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Interviews will be conducted in person at our Aldergrove warehouse.
