Payrate: $25.11/hour + 8% and 10% shift differential when applicable. JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Lead coordinates activities of and provides coaching and guidance to teammates in the warehouse. The Warehouse Lead works alongside and with the team, coaching teammates as needed to ensure maximum productivity. The Lead is responsible for following and enforcing all safety and company policies/procedures, as well as adherence to PPE/MHE policies, in cooperation with the supervisor. The Lead is required to be certified in operating all material handling equipment. QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE: Lead shift to include assigning job functions to teammates, monitoring productivity, assigning teammates to tasks, and resolving process issues to meet DC KPI goals in On-Time Delivery, Shipping Accuracy, Overtime, and Productivity. Conduct daily shift start up meetings to review prior day performance and motivate teammates to achieve DC goals for the shift to include consistent progress status and productivity updates throughout the shift. Monitor and lead teams through assigned duties to meet productivity KPIs. Takes action to improve production methods and working conditions to increase efficiency of the warehouse.
