About This Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Newnan, GA. In this role, you will help lead daily warehouse operations by training and mentoring team members, assigning workloads, monitoring inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe, organized, and productive work environment. This position is ideal for a motivated warehouse professional with strong leadership skills and experience in fast-paced distribution or warehouse settings. Responsibilities Train, lead and mentor warehouse associates in all areas of warehousing Ensure productivity and budgeting goals are met in an efficient manner Assign workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates Communicate with leadership to facilitate daily tasks and troubleshoot problems Monitor inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy Ensure inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained Monitor Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed at all times Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in a warehousing role Ability to delegate when assigning employee workloads Problem-solving skills to mediate complaints and production issues Clear knowledge of warehouse operations Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Management skills Leadership and organizational skills to run the warehouse efficiently Proficiency in inventory software Ability to remain stationery for extended periods when working on the warehouse floor InComm Payments provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran’s status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
