Warehouse Associate – IT Equipment

About Us Minnesota Computers is a certified IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company in Eagan, MN. We buy, audit, securely sanitize, and resell used business IT equipment such as servers, desktops, laptops, and networking gear. We hold R2v3, RIOS, and NAID AAA certifications, so accuracy and accountability matter in everything we do. About the Role We’re looking for a reliable warehouse associate to join our warehouse team. This isn’t a standard warehouse job. Along with receiving, moving, and shipping pallets, you’ll also take valuable components such as memory (RAM), processors (CPUs), and graphics cards (GPUs) out of servers and desktop computers. If you like working with your hands and want to learn computer hardware, this is a good fit. We’ll train you on the hardware side. Much of our warehouse team speaks Spanish, so being able to communicate in both Spanish and English is important for this role. What You’ll Do Receive inbound pallets and check shipments against paperwork Scan equipment and serial numbers into our inventory system Move and stage pallets using a pallet jack or forklift Remove RAM, CPUs, GPUs, and other parts from servers and desktops Label and log removed parts so every item is accounted for Pack, palletize, and wrap outbound orders Prepare shipments for pickup and help load trucks Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe What We’re Looking For 1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, shipping, inventory) Able to speak Spanish and English (bilingual required) Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Able to stand, bend, and walk for a full shift Careful with details: you scan and log before you move or remove anything Comfortable using a handheld scanner and basic computer Dependable attendance and punctuality Nice to Have Forklift experience or certification (strongly preferred) Experience taking apart or building computers Knowledge of server or computer hardware Electronics recycling or ITAD experience Benefits [Paid time off] [Health insurance] [Other] Paid on-the-job hardware training Room to grow into technician or audit roles Physical Requirements This role requires regular lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and moving pallets in a warehouse setting.
