Warehouse Associate-Indoor Recycling Facility

Production & Warehouse Associate $19–$21/hour | Full-Time | Indoor | Year-Round | Overtime Available Cabmat, Inc. is hiring Production & Warehouse Associates for our indoor metal processing facility in Aurora, Ohio. This is a hands-on, physical industrial job for people who are comfortable working on their feet, handling materials, and working around production equipment. Our regular schedule is 40 hours per week, and we frequently have an additional 8–10 hours of overtime available for employees who want additional hours, depending on workload. No recycling experience is required. We provide training. What You'll Do Sort, handle, and process non-ferrous metal materials. Perform general production and warehouse work. Prepare materials for processing, storage, and shipment. Receive, stage, move, and distribute materials. Assist with production machinery and processing equipment. Operate a sit-down forklift when trained and authorized. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety procedures. What the Work Is Like This is physical industrial work—not a light-duty packing or assembly position. Employees should be comfortable with: Standing and walking for extended periods. Regularly handling and moving materials. Repetitive physical activity. Lifting and handling materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Working safely around forklifts and industrial equipment. Working in a fast-paced production environment. What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong work ethic. Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift. Willingness to learn new equipment and processes. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Dependable transportation to Aurora, Ohio. Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, recycling, material handling, machine operation, or general labor is helpful but not required. Sit-down forklift experience is a plus but is not required for all positions. Available Shifts Depending on position and operational needs: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM 7:30 AM–4:00 PM 12:00 PM–8:30 PM Additional overtime may be available before or after the regular shift and at other times based on workload.
