We Are Looking For 

The Warehouse Associate III is an experienced position responsible for advanced warehouse tasks, including training, detailed inspections, and process optimization. This role is responsible for enhancing warehouse productivity with minimal supervision, utilizing broad operational knowledge to resolve inventory discrepancies or shipping delays, and managing incoming receiving and shipping schedules.


What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Conduct detailed inspections to ensure products meet shipping standards and address minor deviations, documenting results for quality assurance.
  • Resolve non-routine issues such as inventory discrepancies or shipping delays using broad operational knowledge (EPDS). 
  • Perform routine cycle counts for assigned inventory areas, identifying and reporting discrepancies with some analysis. 
  • Suggest improvements to warehouse processes to enhance warehouse productivity. 
  • Perform receiving and delivery tasks, overseeing the receipt and verification of incoming materials. 
  • Complete the shipping process using customer portals and schedule freight pick-ups to ensure timely delivery.
  • Pick materials according to documentation with minimal supervision, ensuring all items are correctly identified and selected.
  • Perform kit to stock tasks, ensuring materials are correctly assembly and ready for inventory.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials from delivery trucks or storage areas under minimal supervision, using appropriate equipment and techniques. 
  • Utilize moderate to advanced computer skills (EPDS) to input data, access orders and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Maintain an organized work area by keeping aisles clear, properly storing materials, and adhering to safety and organizational standards. Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training sessions.
  • Operate PIT (power industrial trucks) (e.g.Wave, Fork-Lift, Cherry Picker, etc.)
        

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • 3+ years of warehouse experience, including demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, shipping processes, and equipment operations preferred
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to guide and support less experienced associates
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to report issues, provide feedback, and assist in training
  • Problem-solving skills to address basic operational and shipping challenges with some analysis
  • Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and warehouse procedures with a focus on continuous improvement


Special Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. 
  • ITAR requirement
  • 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
