Warehouse Associate II-MHE Operator, 2nd & 3rd Shift ( 8 hours Shifts)

Job Overview Join our 2nd and 3rd shift Warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate II–MHE Operator . You’ll use material handling equipment (MHE) to move, pick, and stage products safely and accurately across warehouse operations. Your work helps keep orders moving smoothly from receiving through shipping. Schedule: 2nd Shift-Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm (8 hours) 3rd Shift-Sunday–Thursday schedule, 11 pm–7 am (8 hours) Duties MHE Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, order pickers, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks. Loading & Unloading: Move large-scale materials, pallets, and bulk stock to and from loading docks and delivery trucks. High-Bay Put-Away: Putaway incoming product into high-level racking systems and retrieve bulk pallets safely from high elevations. System Tracking: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to log inventory moves, trailer dispatches, and stock re-allocations. Safety Leadership: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and perform pre-shift equipment safety checks. Requirements Warehouse experience and experience operating material handling equipment; heavy equipment operation experience is helpful. Knowledge of order picking, materials handling, load and unload procedures, and inventory management. Commitment to safe work practices, including forklift safety protocols and OSHA standards.
