Warehouse Associate - I

Mission In this role you'll ensure warehouse operations run smoothly by delivering accurate, on-time shipments, maintaining precise inventory records, and keeping our workspace clean and presentable—so clients and the field service team get what they need, when they need it. Outcomes Team Support: Requests from team members via email and company chat are acknowledged and addressed promptly. Order Processing: Packing slips are processed and shipped the same day if items are in stock. Shipment Receiving: New shipments are inspected, stocked, and recorded within 24 hours of arrival. Monthly Inventory Counts: Monthly counts are accurate, completed by the 4th of each month, and take no more than a day. Ticket Updates: Logistics tickets are consistently updated and accurate. Facilities Upkeep: The warehouse is kept clean and professional at all times. System Teardown: Systems are torn down and moved into inventory within 24 hours of start. Skills Disciplined: You take ownership of your tasks and get them done without anyone having to check in. Orderly: You pick up on processes quickly and follow them the same way every time—no shortcuts, no skipping steps. Communicative: You’re good at keeping everyone in the loop. You let people know what you’re working on, what’s done, and when you’re stuck and need help. Quick: You work fast. No dragging your feet or wasting time—you get moving and get things done. Proactive: You don’t wait around for someone to tell you what to do. If you see something that needs doing, you jump on it.
