About the Role We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Harrisburg, PA warehouse. You’ll receive, stock, stage, and ship the equipment and materials our install and service crews depend on every day. This is a hands-on role with real growth potential: strong performers who show aptitude and interest can move into our HVAC installer apprentice track, with training and career support along the way. What You’ll Do Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantity, condition, and accuracy against paperwork Pick, stage, and load equipment and materials for install and service crews, following quality checklists so jobs start right Prepare and package outgoing shipments with accurate labeling; coordinate with carriers and manage shipping schedules Keep inventory accurate through regular cycle counts and physical inventories; track and report discrepancies, damage, or loss Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe for efficient storage and retrieval Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Support technicians and installers with truck stocking and material needs Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and generate reports on inventory levels and order fulfillment Communicate clearly with the warehouse team, supervisors, and other departments What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic, because crews count on you being there Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience (preferred) Forklift and pallet jack experience (preferred); we’ll certify the right person Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills, including inventory software and Microsoft Office Ability to lift and move heavy items (HVAC equipment included) in a physical environment Valid driver’s license and a clean, safe driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interest in HVAC or the skilled trades is a plus, and you don’t need prior HVAC experience The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here Takes ownership: you show up on time, do what you said you’d do, and follow through Holds yourself to a higher standard and acts with integrity Solves problems and stays calm under pressure Organized and fast, without sacrificing accuracy Treats teammates and customers with respect Wants to be better tomorrow than today Schedule & Location Full-time, Monday through Friday, on-site at our Harrisburg, PA warehouse.
