You will support store operations by receiving inventory, organizing products, and maintaining accurate and well-presented merchandise throughout the store. This role focuses on ensuring shelves are stocked, products are properly rotated, and backroom areas remain organized and efficient.
• Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, and break down pallets for stocking
• Organize products on shelves and displays according to company standards
• Rotate inventory to maintain product freshness and improve visibility
• Maintain and organize backroom storage and inventory areas
• Apply price tags and verify product placement and pricing accuracy
• Assist customers in locating products when needed
• Keep store and storage areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow stocking procedures and safety guidelines
• Coordinate between sales floor and backroom operations to support store efficiency
Required Skills and Experience:
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy stock and materials
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures accurately
• Dependability and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
• No prior experience required as training will be provided
• Previous experience in retail, stocking, or warehouse environments is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early morning or overnight hours
