Warehouse Associate / Furniture Delivery

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable team member to support both our delivery and warehouse operations. Based on the daily schedule, this role involves delivering home furnishings to customers as part of a team, handling materials, and completing warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to perform manual handling of furniture, and the flexibility to work at both our Marysville and Snohomish store locations as scheduled. Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently complete assigned warehouse tasks independently and home deliveries with a team member - Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers - Load and unload products for customer vehicles and delivery trucks - Maintain punctuality for all scheduled shifts - Verify shipment contents against delivery documents to ensure accuracy - Assemble furniture for floor displays and customer homes with strong attention to detail - Complete other assigned tasks as directed Requirements & Skills: - Previous box truck delivery driving experience preferred, but not required - Ability to perform physical tasks and safely lift heavy objects (in excess of 300 lbs) - Excellent time management and strong communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Weekend availability required Note: Workdays may start at either our Marysville or Snohomish location depending on operational needs, and daily tasks will vary. Skills - Previous experience as a box truck delivery driver preferred but not required - Ability to lift heavy objects (in excess of 300 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as loading- /unloading cargo for long periods of time, in a safe manner - Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Weekend availability is required -Warehouse work as scheduled Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. As this position is part of a delivery and warehouse team, the daily tasks and responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of that day’s operations. Work day can start from either our Marysville location or our Snohomish location.
