Warehouse Associate – Full-Time

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This energetic role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse distribution processes, from inventory management to order fulfillment. As a key player in our logistics network, you will operate various types of heavy equipment, handle materials efficiently, and uphold safety standards to maintain a productive and safe working environment. Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, recording using inventory, and maintaining proper storage practices Assist with order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders Conduct manual handling of materials with proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) following OSHA safety regulations Support warehouse management by maintaining organized storage areas. Load and unload trucks using appropriate heavy equipment while adhering to safety protocols Participate in safety training sessions and follow all safety regulations to promote a secure work environment Lift and move products weighing up to 75 lbs Assist customers and provide professional customer service when required . Occasionally assist with company events, trade shows, or other business needs that may involve travel Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, and material handling equipment Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes, logistics, and inventory management techniques Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while following safety guidelines Basic math skills for counting inventory and processing shipments accurately. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving operations Ability to operate load & unload equipment safely and efficiently under tight deadlines.
