Warehouse Associate – Fresh Flowers, Full-Time with Benefits

Processing Associate – Full-Time with Benefits, Fridays & Saturdays Off $17/hr starting | 40 hrs/week | Sunday–Thursday Health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan. No experience needed, we’ll train you. Help get fresh flowers ready for our customers by receiving, unpacking, trimming, hydrating, and organizing incoming shipments. Great for someone who likes staying active and working with their hands. What You’ll Do Our processing team makes sure every shipment is unpacked, hydrated, labeled, and organized so our customers always get the highest-quality product. Your day to day will include: Receiving and unpacking incoming flower shipments Hydrating, trimming, and packaging flowers for cooler storage Labeling and organizing processed product Helping with inventory management Keeping the workspace and cooler areas clean and organized Schedule Sunday and Tuesday: 8:00am–5:00pm Monday and Wednesday: 10:00am–7:00pm Thursday: 7:00am–4:00pm Fridays and Saturdays off, with the exception of one early Saturday shift a month Extra hours during our busiest seasons: Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Memorial Day Because shipments sometimes arrive earlier or later than expected, start and end times may occasionally shift, so some flexibility is important. What We’re Looking For Required: Available to work every Sunday Strong attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable using a computer or scanner system Able to stand throughout the day, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a refrigerated cooler Preferred, but not required: Warehouse, receiving, or produce experience Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Application Question(s): This job requires working every Sunday.
