Warehouse Associate/ Forklift Operator

Join Our Team We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our distribution center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound warehouse activities, inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. What You'll Do Process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and accurately. Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders to meet delivery expectations. Conduct inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory control activities. Maintain compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and warehouse procedures. Keep work areas clean and organized while supporting 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. How You'll Make an Impact Support productivity and quality improvement efforts throughout the distribution center. Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling vehicles. Help maintain compliance with ISO standards and company policies. Participate in safety, quality, and job-related training programs. Contribute to sustainability initiatives and support operational excellence. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory experience preferred. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. ISO experience preferred. Forklift certification and OSHA certification preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Organized and adaptable with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work various shifts as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, and move throughout the workday. Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in a distribution center environment.
