Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

Warehouse Associate – Trade Show & Event Logistics Location: Orlando, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing trade show and event logistics team in Orlando. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, storing, and preparing trade show exhibits and event materials for shipment. Forklift Certification and experience is a must! The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, can safely operate a forklift, takes pride in maintaining an organized work environment, and demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and quality. Forklift, tradeshow experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued and may qualify candidates for higher starting pay. Responsibilities Receive inbound shipments and verify contents against packing lists and shipping documents Inspect trade show exhibits, displays, and event materials for damage or missing components Perform minor repairs and touch-ups to exhibit materials when needed Organize, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Pull, stage, and prepare materials for outbound shipments Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies Assist with loading and unloading trucks Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Work closely with warehouse management to ensure projects are completed on schedule Qualifications Required Previous warehouse experience Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification mandatory) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly workplace Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience handling trade show exhibits, event materials, or convention-related logistics Bilingual (English/Spanish) Basic repair, handyman, or carpentry skills Inventory management experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid time off Health benefits Opportunities for advancement Pay Range: $18–$24 per hour (depending on experience) How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief description of your warehouse experience, forklift experience, and any trade show, exhibit, or event logistics experience and if Bilingual English/Spanish.
