Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for warehouse operations, including receiving inventory, preparing customer orders, operating a forklift, and maintaining an organized warehouse. The successful candidate will also occasionally deliver products to customers and transport inventory between our warehouse locations as needed. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Duties: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and store products. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Load and unload delivery trucks using proper procedures. Assist with general warehouse duties as required. Delivery Duties (Occasional): Deliver products to customers in a safe and professional manner. Transport inventory between company warehouse locations. Load, secure, and unload products safely. Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures when required. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns. Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries. Qualifications Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous forklift experience is preferred (certification is an asset; training may be provided). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset.
