Full Job DescriptionJob Overview TStars is an established apparel printing and e-commerce company with an in-house production and fulfillment facility in Miami, Florida. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organized Warehouse Associate & Forklift Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on position that involves receiving inventory, organizing warehouse stock, operating forklifts, picking and packing orders, and supporting daily warehouse and production operations. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works efficiently, pays attention to detail, and is willing to help wherever needed. What You Will Do Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move and organize inventory. Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, and verify quantities against packing lists. Organize merchandise, apparel, boxes, and production materials in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping accurately and efficiently. Replenish inventory and supply materials to production departments as needed. Use barcode scanners and inventory management software to track products and stock movements. Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels. Prepare pallets, label cartons, and load outgoing shipments. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Identify inventory discrepancies and report issues to management. Support other warehouse and production departments when needed. What We Are Looking For Previous warehouse experience, including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory handling. Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Forklift training or certification preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move boxes and materials safely, with reasonable accommodation where appropriate. Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Someone who notices what needs to be done and stays productive without waiting for instructions.
