Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

Responsibilities Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping. Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of goods. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures and deadlines. Process e-commerce, marketplace fulfillment, and dropshipping orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, including container unloading, pallet handling, and loading of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts, stock checks, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions. Perform value-added services, including labeling, relabeling, repackaging, kitting, and product inspection. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely when trained and authorized. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow warehouse safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and company policies. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, equipment issues, and operational concerns to the supervisor. Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to complete daily tasks and meet operational requirements. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution operations is an asset but not required. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, order picking, packing, and shipping is an asset. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling procedures. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanners is an asset. Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is an asset. Basic English communication skills are required; Mandarin is considered an asset. Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team, and maintain attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks during working hours. Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 30 lbs (14 kg) as required.
