Warehouse Associate/Forklift Driver

Spencer Cold Storage - Dry warehouse storage facility. We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team of dedicated employees. This position requires good hygiene and must have the ability to stay focused on attention to detail. This position involves handling, moving food grade materials. The applicant will work directly with members of the shipping and receiving department as well as other departments. This is an entry level position that offers the opportunity to move into a lead position . This is a Monday through Friday position, day shift only. Enjoy working in a climate control environment in a warm and clean facility year round. We are looking for a positive and collaborative employee to join our small team. Applications are welcome in person by appointment. Responsibilities: Maintain a safe work environment. Work within the scope of the job. Follow warehouse safety rules. Some computer skills necessary (email, product scanners) Reliability and punctuality is a must. Be available for overtime work when needed. Follow all safety precautions as outlined in company procedures. Operate a forklift truck equipped with moveable tines capable of picking up and transporting palletized loads securely stacked on a pallet or pallets. Must follow GMP guidelines.
