Position Overview:
• We offer openings for various shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• Starting pay is $17.00 per hour (varies by shift).
Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our success. Your primary duties will include:
• Accurately and efficiently picking and packing products according to set standards.
• Utilizing scanning equipment for tracking purposes.
• Packing orders based on customer requirements and specifications.
• Meeting productivity and quality benchmarks consistently.
• Identifying mistakes and proposing solutions while actively engaging in problem-solving with team members.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
• Must be available to work scheduled shifts and required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during your shift.
• Capable of lifting, stacking, and pulling products of various weights (10-35 pounds, and occasionally up to 60-90 pounds).
• Willingness to work in multi-temperature environments, including coolers, freezers, and dry areas.
