Duties Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure accuracy and proper stock placement. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picking techniques, packaging standards, and inventory management software. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management systems such as ERP or AS400, ensuring stock levels are current and discrepancies are addressed promptly. Support shipping logistics by coordinating outbound shipments, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving procedures. Assist with stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and managing warehouse layout to optimize space utilization for e-commerce fulfillment and distribution needs. Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations, uphold safety standards, and ensure timely order fulfillment for customers across domestic and international markets. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipping documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for reporting and data entry tasks. Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or RF scanners is a plus; safety training will be provided if needed. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
