Warehouse Associate
Coastal Elite ProRole Overview: Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity. Maintains accurate operational records, processes routine requirements, and addresses exceptions to improve efficiency and visibility. Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment, updates inventory and shipment documentation, and manages handling of non-conforming items. Coordinates material movement with warehouse equipment, prepares packaging, and escalates issues as needed. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED required; supply chain certification preferred. Less than 2 years’ experience in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory control. Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control principles, temperature-controlled handling, shipment documentation, and safe material handling. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and support accurate order fulfillment. Capable of working with temperature-sensitive materials and following established procedures.
