Patterns-India®Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Litchfield, CT Type: Contract to Hire Key Responsibilities Load and unload bagged feed and related products for commercial and private customers. Safely operate hand trucks and forklifts. Receive, organize, rotate, and maintain inventory. Build customer orders accurately and efficiently. Keep warehouse and loading areas clean, safe, and organized. Follow all workplace safety procedures and report any safety concerns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Reliable employment history and willingness to learn about feed products. Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
