Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment, as well as receiving and organizing inbound materials. Daily tasks include loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The role also involves checking orders for accuracy, labeling and wrapping pallets, replenishing stock, and assisting with inventory counts. Warehouse Associates collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and support smooth warehouse operations. Qualifications Experience in Shipping & Receiving, including verifying, documenting, and organizing inbound and outbound materials. Proficiency with Packing and Unloading tasks, such as preparing orders, securing items, and safely handling freight. Ability to operate Forklift and Pallet Jack equipment, following all safety guidelines and company procedures. Basic math, reading, and computer skills for order verification and inventory tracking. Ability to lift and move materials safely, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically active warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety and teamwork. Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow training is essential.
