Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our warehouse team in River Falls, Wisconsin. This position involves picking, packing, and preparing metal products for shipment, along with assisting with general warehouse operations. Job Responsibilities ● Pick and pack metal products according to customer orders ● Organize, stack, and secure metal onto skids for shipment ● Prepare and package orders accurately and efficiently ● Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed ● Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if qualified) ● Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse ● Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed Qualifications ● Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented ● Able to lift and handle materials in a physical warehouse environment ● Comfortable working independently and as part of a team ● Forklift experience is a plus, but not required ● Previous warehouse experience preferred, but willing to train the right person ● Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
