Warehouse Associate

Overview We are hiring dependable, hard-working team members for a fast-paced warehouse sorting position. This role involves organizing, sorting, palletizing, and moving inventory efficiently while maintaining accuracy and productivity throughout the day. This position is physically active and works best for individuals who enjoy staying busy, working with a team, and maintaining organized work areas. We are looking for reliable employees with strong attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently without constant supervision. Responsibilities Sort and organize incoming inventory Build and arrange pallets safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks and containers Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines Work with team members to meet daily production goals Assist with inventory organization and basic warehouse tracking tasks Requirements Required Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to lift up to 75–100 lbs when needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work actively throughout the shift Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions and stay productive independently Preferred Previous warehouse or production experience Pallet jack or forklift experience Experience working in fast-paced environments What We Value We value employees who: Show up consistently Work hard without needing constant supervision Stay organized and productive Work well with others Take pride in doing the job correctly This role may not be a good fit for applicants looking for slow-paced or low-activity work environments.
