Warehouse Associate / Fabricator / Delivery Driver

About us Mid Atlantic Isolation LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support our warehouse, metal fabrication, and delivery operations. This position combines hands-on shop work, inventory management, order fulfillment, and deliveries to customers and job sites.The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely, and takes initiative to keep daily operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble steel components, including measuring, cutting, drilling, grinding, and welding. Follow drawings, measurements, and work instructions to complete work accurately. Pick, inspect, package, and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup. Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and materials against packing lists. Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas. Safely operate company vehicles for local and regional deliveries. Load, secure, transport, and unload materials using appropriate equipment. Verify delivery information, complete paperwork, and obtain required signatures. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain clean, organized work areas, equipment, and company vehicles. Coordinate with sales, fabrication, and operations staff to meet customer needs. Proactively assist with warehouse organization and other shop duties between deliveries and assigned projects. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the company’s insurance provider. Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain a valid DOT medical examiner’s certificate. Welding, metal fabrication, or related shop experience preferred. Ability to read a tape measure accurately and interpret basic fabrication drawings. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials. Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and effective communication skills. Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and contribute to a team. Forklift, company truck, and trailer experience preferred.
