Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help ensure smooth distribution processes and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, update records, and ensure accuracy. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently using RF scanners, order pickers, and packing materials to meet quality standards. Load and unload shipments safely using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other handling tools. Maintain accurate data entry for shipping logs, inbound/outbound documentation, and stock records to support seamless warehouse operations. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy and assist with replenishment efforts. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to order status or shipment issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management software. Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and forklift (certification preferred). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and inventory tracking. Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring packages, and calculating weights or dimensions. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing customer support when needed. Knowledge of logistics principles, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and ERP systems is a plus.
