DescriptionEssential Job Functions
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, powered stretch wrappers, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and process customer and consigned orders through Oracle-based systems, including freight and special handling requirements.
- Receive, inspect, process, and store incoming materials and finished goods, including data entry and inventory transactions.
- Process customer returns from receipt through return-to-inventory procedures.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate the daily flow of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Troubleshoot shipping and transportation issues as needed.
- Perform pick-up and delivery duties when required.
- Complete warehouse transactions, inquiries, and documentation within company systems.
- Support warehouse operations across multiple functional areas as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized and clean work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and related warehouse equipment; lift truck certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC applications.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing between 1 and 60 pounds.
- Comfortable working at heights of approximately 20 feet.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $19.50-26.50/hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
