In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain success—managing inventory flow, operating modern machinery, and ensuring high-quality order execution. Core Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders with high precision. Inventory Management: Organize and stock products efficiently to maximize space and streamline retrieval operations. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders quickly and accurately to meet daily dispatch targets. Equipment Operation: Safely maneuver specialized equipment, including reach trucks and order pickers, in accordance with safety standards. Quality Assurance: Participate in routine inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain 100% stock accuracy. Facility Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area that reflects Action Industries' high standards. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center preferred. Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse equipment (reach trucks, order pickers) and basic computer proficiency for inventory control systems. Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs comfortably throughout a shift. Mindset: Sharp attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
