Warehouse Associate

Job Summary Over the Mountain Glass is looking for reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our growing production team. This position works in our glass fabrication facility and will assist with material handling, glass movement, organization, and general production support. Responsibilities: Safely handle, move, load, and unload glass and other materials throughout the facility Assist various production departments as needed Measure glass and materials using a basic tape measure Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and glass-handling requirements Work effectively as part of a team Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently Perform other general warehouse and production duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements: Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently Must be comfortable working around and handling glass Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift Basic tape measure skills required Reliable attendance and punctuality are required Ability to work well in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must successfully complete required safety training Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen Compensation & Schedule: Pay based on experience and qualifications Full-time, 40 hours per week Day shift Overtime may be available based on production needs Over the Mountain Glass is an equal opportunity emplo Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Experience: Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Bessemer, AL 35020 (Required) Work Location: In person
