Warehouse Associate

Job Summary LVSSN California Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to support our daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position . The role involves packing orders, sorting and organizing inventory, repackaging products, preparing shipping labels, moving boxes, and delivering packages to USPS or other shipping locations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive physical work, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Repackage and separate products as needed Organize, sort, label, and restock warehouse inventory Print and attach shipping labels Verify products and quantities before shipment Move, load, and unload boxes and packages Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and packing area Deliver packages to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping locations as needed Assist with receiving incoming shipments and checking inventory Perform basic inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies Help with general warehouse and office-related errands when needed Follow company safety procedures and handling requirements Complete other warehouse and fulfillment tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience is preferred but not required Able to perform repetitive packing and physical warehouse work throughout the day Able to lift and move boxes safely Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and responsible Able to follow instructions and work independently Basic English communication skills Basic computer skills are preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred, as the position may require package drop-offs Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, packing, and moving merchandise throughout the workday. Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks and working on their feet for extended periods. Pay: $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
