From our home office and warehouse in Liberty Hill, Texas, we deliver exceptional service and support to expectant families, midwives, and other healthcare providers. Position Summary The Warehouse Associate works in our 2,200-square-foot climate-controlled warehouse, picking and packing orders. Key Responsibilities Contribute as a team player to fulfill orders that need to ship on a given day. Accurately pick a single order or a set batch of orders using Shiphero WMS software with a cart and tablet. Securely and neatly pack orders of various sizes at a packing station for shipping. Assist with other inventory and warehouse tasks such as light product assembly, cycle counting, cleaning, moving stock, etc. Collaborate flexibly with the team on other cross-functional tasks as business needs arise. Qualifications The ideal candidate is someone who has a flexible schedule, reliable transportation, enjoys working with a team, and is detail-oriented. Preferred: Individual with high character and dependability. Flexible schedule to accommodate different staffing needs. Ability to work standing up for an extended period of time. Able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. Previous warehouse experience (not required) Schedule & Commitment Hours: Part-time job with approximately 10-30 hours of work per week based on workload and other team members' schedules. Warehouse hours are typically 8:30am to 2-4pm. Flexibility required. Location: On-site at our Liberty Hill warehouse. Training: Paid on-site training is provided. Compensation Starting hourly compensation of $18-$20 based on experience. Benefits Flexible scheduling.
