API St. Andrews Products | South Bend, Indiana About the Position API St. Andrews Products is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. We specialize in branded apparel and promotional products, and our warehouse plays an important role in making sure our customers receive exactly what they ordered, in excellent condition, and on time. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays productive without constant supervision, and understands the importance of accuracy and follow-through. The right person is mature, conscientious, and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility for the quality of their work. What You'll Do Keep the warehouse organized: Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient stockroom where everything has its place. Restock inventory: Receive decorated apparel and merchandise from our suppliers, verify quantities and quality, and put items away in their designated locations. Pull orders accurately: Pick the correct products, sizes, colors, and quantities for each customer order. Pack orders carefully: Fold and package merchandise neatly, using appropriate packing materials to protect products from damage during shipping. Process shipments: Accurately enter shipment details into the UPS shipping system, verify addresses and shipping information, and prepare packages for pickup. Check your work: Catch errors before orders leave the building and communicate any discrepancies or quality concerns. Take ownership: Stay on top of daily responsibilities, work efficiently, and help keep warehouse operations running smoothly. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Is reliable and punctual and can be counted on to follow through. Is mature and conscientious , taking responsibility for their work and decisions. Has excellent attention to detail and consistently prioritizes accuracy. Works efficiently and maintains a steady pace without sacrificing quality. Is self-motivated and able to work independently without constant reminders. Is organized and takes pride in keeping their workspace clean and orderly. Understands that small details—like the correct size, quantity, shipping address, or packaging—make a big difference to our customers. Has basic computer skills and is comfortable learning shipping software. Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, or shipping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move packages and merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds. Why Join API St. Andrews Products?
