Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support manufacturing and production activities. The ideal candidate will have forklift operating experience and warehouse or material-handling experience. This role involves transporting raw materials, work-in-process materials, and finished goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and following all safety and quality procedures. Key Responsibilities Safely operate electric forklifts, including stand-up and sit-down models. Transport raw materials, work-in-process materials, and finished goods to and from production areas. Transfer products into and out of warehouse racking systems. Operate electric pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment. Maintain accurate product identification, traceability, and material status. Perform warehouse transactions using SAP/MES systems. Identify and report damaged or questionable materials. Handle waste removal and recycling as needed. Maintain accurate, complete, and legible records. Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures. Support daily warehouse and production operations as required. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 6 months of forklift operating experience required. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain accurate records. Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes are required. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of warehouse experience. Experience operating electric forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment. Experience with SAP, MES, inventory management, or warehouse transactions. Manufacturing or production material-handling experience.
