Warehouse Associate

Duties Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and manage stock movements. Perform order picking and packing using RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Load and unload shipments efficiently, verifying quantities against shipping documents and updating inventory records accordingly. Maintain accurate data entry for inventory management, shipping & receiving logs, and stock adjustments. Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and managing stock rotation to prevent discrepancies. Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes, improve workflow efficiency, and uphold safety standards. Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and MS Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills to ensure accurate recordkeeping. Good communication skills with a customer service mindset to support team collaboration and operational efficiency.
