We're currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll answer questions, resolve issues, and make sure every customer has a positive experience. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in New York, NY. Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed - Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions - Work with team members to meet service targets and improve processes - Follow company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - 1–2 years of customer service or related experience preferred - Strong communication and problem‑solving skills - Comfortable using computers and customer service software - Ability to work day/evening shifts, including occasional weekends - Bilingual a plus (not required) What We Offer - Competitive pay: $18–$22 per hour - Health, dental, and vision benefits - Paid time off and paid holidays - Training and opportunities for advancement - A supportive, team‑oriented work environment How to Apply Submit your resume through this posting.
