Warehouse Associate/Event Installer

Job Overview As a Warehouse Associate/Event Installer, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, organizing, delivering and maintaining rental equipment. This is a hands-on role that keeps our operations running smoothly and ensures every order goes out accurate and event-ready. Key Responsibilities Clean and inspect rental equipment (tables, chairs, tents, etc.) Pull and prepare orders for upcoming deliveries and pickups Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Identify and report damaged or missing equipment Assist drivers and team members as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor environment Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Attention to detail when preparing orders Preferred (Not Required) Warehouse, moving, or event rental experience Familiarity with basic tools or equipment handling Why Work With Us Flexible part-time hours Opportunity to grow into Driver or Lead roles Hands-on work in a fast-paced environment Work with a growing, locally owned business Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation Weekend availability is required Apply Today If you are dependable, hardworking, and looking to grow with a fast-paced event company, we would love to hear from you.
