Responsibilities The Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator uses power industrial equipment to load and unload, move or stack materials or products and ensures the neat, orderly condition of the warehouse. Uses power industrial equipment to load and unload, move or stack materials or products; Operates manual or electric carts in order to fill orders From the receiving area, scan and count items and load on cart Stock items appropriately by location and quantity Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores and put them in the proper location on the shelves Check off merchandise as received Correct mistakes found on the inventory count sheet Assist in pulling parts during busy times Work with stock manager to address any problems with orders Miscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications 1-2 years experience o perating power industrial equipment Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal Understanding Map Locations Sorting by alpha or numeric Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Great communication skillss Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs. Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance May be subject to environmental conditions.
