Duties Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels and process data entry accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance standards Maintain organized stockrooms through stocking, inventory management, and regular cycle counts Assist with shipping logistics including scheduling shipments, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with carriers Support warehouse distribution activities by managing order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms and retail channels Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit and facilitate smooth international trade compliance when applicable Experience Prior experience working in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Basic math skills are essential for counting inventory and verifying shipments accurately Knowledge of forklift operation, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills to ensure precise record keeping Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively Embark on a fulfilling career where your efforts directly contribute to delivering exceptional service!
