Warehouse Associate Full-Time | Westchester County, New York | In-Person Medical Device Company COMPENSATION Pay range: $18-$20/hr depending on experience ABOUT US We are a thriving startup specializing in wound care and compression therapy, committed to improving patient quality of life. Based in beautiful Westchester County, New York, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals ready to grow with us as we scale at an accelerated pace. THE ROLE We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with a "Can-Do" attitude. Reporting to our Warehouse Lead, you'll keep our inventory accurate, our orders moving, our warehouse organized, and our product quality within spec so the products patients depend on ship accurately and on time. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with overtime and weekend hours when necessary. WHAT YOU'LL DO Inventory Control: Know what we have and where it is at all times. Receive shipments against purchase orders in QuickBooks and conjunction with Vendor provided packing slips, log receipts, and label all items accurately within conformance of traceability guidelines. Order Processing: Pick, pack, and ship orders within queue, and be ready to jump on urgent orders as they surface. Assemble and inspect final wound care and compression products with precision. Organization: Keep everything labeled, shelved, and in its home, so tasks go faster and new teammates can get up to speed easily. Use barcode scanners and QuickBooks to track inventory. Safely handle delicate medical devices and operate pallet jacks. Flag quality issues immediately so they never reach a patient. Maintain a clean, organized workspace dedicated to improving patient lives. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A proactive, detail-oriented team player who takes ownership of their work Quality control mindset with inventory management and organization preferred Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred Comfort with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite a plus, and experience with QuickBooks and other ERP systems a plus. Experience with barcode/RF scanners a plus Reliable and punctual, and comfortable working to clear daily goals Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods Ability to commute to Westchester County, NY BENEFITS 10 vacation (80 hours), 5 sick (40 hours) and 2 floating holiday (18 hours) days per year, retroactive from your start date.
