Warehouse Associate

Main functions: We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for receiving large shipments, maintaining inventory, pulling and packing orders, processing go-backs, and keeping the warehouse organized and efficient. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive and unload large incoming shipments and verify orders for accuracy. Organize and store products in the appropriate warehouse locations. Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory counts. Pull, pick, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Process go-backs, and misplaced inventory by properly inspecting, sorting, and returning items to their designated locations. Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues to management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, safety, and security procedures. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Follow company policies and procedures. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned. Position Requirements Previous experience receiving deliveries and large shipments. Experience pulling and preparing orders. Experience with inventory control and organization. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and dependable with consistent attendance. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and coworkers. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Ability to work in varying climate conditions. Qualifications: 1–2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience with receiving, inventory,and order pulling Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
