Warehouse Associate

MUST WORK ONSITE in MALVERN, PA MUST WORK DIRECTLY WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP NO AGENCY, VISA, or THIRD PARTY CANDIDATES The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for performing day‑to‑day warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and general material handling. This role is cross‑trained across core warehouse functions to support operational efficiency, order accuracy, and timely fulfillment. RESPONSIBILITIES Warehouse Operations Perform order picking using ERP‑generated pick lists with accuracy and attention to detail. Pack and prepare customer orders according to COMPANY packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements. Process outbound shipments using approved carriers and systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and complete receiving documentation. Stock inventory in designated locations following FIFO and location‑control requirements. Support cycle counts, physical inventory, and discrepancy investigations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with general material handling, replenishment, and warehouse organization tasks.
