Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems to track inventory, process orders, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and other material handling tools. Maintain precise inventory levels through regular stock counting, stock replenishment, and inventory management software updates. Ensure shipping & receiving processes are completed swiftly by verifying shipments against purchase orders and shipping documents. Package products securely for shipment while complying with trade and international trade regulations. Support e-commerce order fulfillment by accurately processing online orders and coordinating with logistics teams. Assist with stocking shelves, organizing warehouse space, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies or shipping issues promptly. Use data entry skills to update records in AS400, MRP systems, or other warehouse software platforms as needed. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and inventory management is highly desirable. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for counting stock, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks with proper certification is advantageous; training can be provided if necessary. Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail ensure efficient workflow and accuracy in all tasks.
